Protein screening
Incoming material is screened for protein before purchase — an acceptance check, since drying concentrates protein upward on the finished meal.
Finished-meal confirmation
The ground, finished meal is analysed against the guaranteed specification — protein, moisture, fat, ash and freshness (ABVT/TVN).
Pre-shipment inspection
An independent inspection at Dakar loading verifies the cargo and issues a certificate of analysis — explicitly including antioxidant concentration.
Analysed against a documented specification
The protein, moisture, fat and freshness panel is run by the Italie (Institut de Technologie Alimentaire). Antioxidant concentration is verified independently by SGS at Dakar loading and stated on the certificate of analysis.
