Every shipment is stabilized, traceable and independently inspected before it leaves Dakar. Reliability is not a claim we make; it is a record we keep — lot by lot, document by document.

02 · Production

Our facility

Artisanal, hands-on production on the Petite Côte — controlled lot by lot.

Coastal and purpose-built. Our production site sits at Mballing, Mbour — on Senegal’s Petite Côte, at the heart of the country’s artisanal fishing landings.

Organised for control. Reception, drying, milling and storage are handled as distinct steps, keeping raw material apart from finished product.

Verified lot by lot. Grinding, antioxidant dosing, bagging and storage all take place on-site — with one sealed sample retained per lot ahead of loading and SGS inspection.

Approvisionnement dirigé par des femmes

Récupéré et transformé pour la première fois le long de la côte sénégalaise.

Les sous-produits sont récupérés et d'abord transformés par les femmes sur les sites d'atterrissage artisanaux — des commandes d'exportation régulières soutiennent des revenus stables dans les communautés côtières, et chaque lot remonte à l'endroit où il a été débarqué.
